SHIPPING

SHIPPING IS FREE. All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS and will be determined by cost. During our busy season, please allow us additional time to get your order out.

CUSTOMER PICK-UP

All Customer Pick-Up orders MUST be picked up at our place of business and are by appointment only. If you are not here by your appointment time, you will need to call us and reschedule for a different time. All pick-ups must be done by 5:00 pm. If you are not able to pick your order up here, you will need to make sure that you select to have it shipped to you when the order is placed.

I am so pleased with my sign. This was the only place that had a sign saying what I wanted it to say. It is high quality and custom made in the USA. The frame is beautiful and sturdy. I sent them a message and they answered quickly. I highly recommend Rusty Star Design.

Monogram Clock - Arabic Numbers

We Love It

Item was very easy to assemble. Alignment marks were perfectly matched. Once fastened, the design was sturdy and rigid with no warp or flexing. Other items that I liked: - reinforcement biscuits - double support brackets - D-ring wire hangers premounted to top support bracket - 15 minutes from unboxing to wall hanging - excellent packaging We love it!
